**Job Summary**:
School Co-Ordinator IS REQUIRED FOR OUR CBSE AFFILATED SCHOOL (up to Class 12th Sci. & Comm. who plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of academic and administrative functions. They act as a bridge between teachers, students, parents, and school management to enhance the quality of education and maintain a positive school environment.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

MASTER DEGREE IN ANY FIELD WITH B.ED AND HAVING KNOWLWDGWE OF CBSE WORK

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Coordination**:
Assist in curriculum planning and implementation.

Ensure that lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments align with school standards.

Support teachers in achieving academic goals and improving teaching strategies.

Monitor student performance and implement necessary interventions.

**Administrative Support**:
Organize and manage school events, workshops, and training sessions.

Maintain academic records, attendance, and other documentation.

Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.

Assist in scheduling and coordinating exams, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.

**Communication & Liaison**:
Act as a communication link between teachers, students, and parents.

Address concerns and provide guidance to students and parents when needed.

Work closely with school leadership to implement policies and initiatives.

**Student Welfare & Discipline**:
Promote a positive and inclusive school environment.

Oversee student discipline and enforce school rules fairly.

Support student development programs, counseling, and mentorship initiatives.

**Staff & Professional Development**:
Coordinate teacher training programs and professional development sessions.

Provide support and mentorship to new teachers.

Encourage teamwork and collaboration among staff.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.

Experience in teaching or school administration preferred.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities effectively.

Proficiency in using school management software and digital tools.

**Work Environment & Schedule**:
Typically a full-time position with responsibilities extending beyond school hours for events and meetings.

Collaborative work environment with frequent interaction with teachers, students, and parents.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
