**Qualification**: B.A./M.A. Psychology or Other Certification in Behaviour Therapy and Psychology.

**DESCRIPTION**

As a Therapist or Educator, you will:

- Work in a multidisciplinary team to support the developmental, educational, and behavioral needs of children.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals to ensure progress and well-being of each child.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and child-friendly approach
- Ability to work in a team-based, collaborative setting
- Good observation, documentation, and reporting skills

**Behavioral Therapist**:

- Deep understanding of ABA principles and behavioral interventions
- Capable of behavior assessments, skill training, and tracking progress
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disorders
