**Job Description: Customer Support Executive - US Telecom Process**

**Location**:Hinjewadi, Pune
**Shift**: Rotational Shift (US Time Zones)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 0-5 years

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about telecom products and services.
- Resolve billing issues, service disruptions, and plan-related concerns effectively.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for technical problems.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow up on unresolved cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality scores.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work night shifts and US holidays.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Prior experience in customer support or BPO preferred but not mandatory.
