**SEO Executive - Work from home**

**Location**: Work from home
**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday (9.30am - 7.00pm)

We are looking for an exceptional **SEO Executive** to join our Marketing team and take us to the next level. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and will be responsible for all of our SEO rankings across our websites.

As the lead **SEO Executive** you will provide guidance and best practices on SEO Optimisation, and you will play a key role in driving quality traffic, with the help of our team.

You will be motivated, with a passion for all things Marketing, with a creative style that engages our audience across all devices.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings on Local and National listings
- On-Page Optimizations including (Title Tags, Meta Description, Interlinking, Outbound linking, Image Alt Tags, Image Title Tags, Image sizes)
- Off-Page build solid and high authority backlinks
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
- Set measurable goals and reports that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
- Set up Google Analytics (UA and GA4), Search Console, Core web vitals, GT Metrix
- Use AHREFS, SEMRUSH, Google Keyword Tool, Screaming Frog, and other tools with WordPress + SEO plugins
- Familiarity with International SEO and multilingual websites
- Implement Local SEO Audit and Strategy, GMB/GBP Listing Optimization, Citation cleanup and creation
- Carry out Extensive Competitor Research
- Work with.htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, broken link audits, 301 page redirects, XML sitemap setups
- Stay up to date with the latest Google algorithm updates and latest local SEO trends

**The Successful Applicant**:

- 2+ years experience
- A functional understanding of HTML and CSS
- Proven success in link-building and viral strategies
- A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO-An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the Search Engine Optimization
- Enthusiastic
- Attention to detail
- Well organised
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Able to work under pressure
- Take feedback positively
- Great with numbers and managing budgets
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Proficient in English, Hindi, Punjabi
- Excellent MS Office skills and exposure to work on Google docs or G-suite
