**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Reporting**
- Manage books of accounts for clients (Tally/Other software).
- Finalization of accounts as per statutory requirements.
- Preparation and review of MIS reports, financial statements.

**Audit & Assurance**
- Conduct and supervise statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Preparation of audit reports, working papers, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit procedures.

**Taxation - Direct & Indirect**
- Preparation and filing of TDS returns, income tax returns, and tax audit reports.
- Handling of GST compliance - registrations, returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C), reconciliations.
- Assisting in GST audits and departmental inquiries.
- Exposure to tax planning and handling notices preferred.

**Client Interaction & Documentation**
- Regular interaction with clients for information, follow-ups, and discussions.
- Preparation of documents and representations for income tax and GST departments.

**Eligibility Criteria: Education**
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce.
- Semi-qualified CA or any additional certifications in taxation, GST, or accounting software is an advantage.

**Experience**:

- Minimum **3-4 years** of relevant work experience.
- **Prior experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm is preferred.**

**Skills**:

- Strong command over **MS Excel**, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficient in Tally ERP and other accounting software.
- Good understanding of **Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and TDS** provisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi; Marathi is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
