**Junior Bioinformatics Analyst**

**Location : Nashik**

Datar Cancer Genetics is a world leading, fully integrated molecular oncology facility having operations in India, UK, US and Germany.

We are accredited by the NABL (ISO 15189), CAP, CLIA, and for ISO 27001:2013, ISO 9001:2015.

**Responsibilities**
- Clinical samples analysis with next-generation sequencing (NGS)
- Design, implement, validate and maintain bioinformatics pipelines
- Optimize and standardize the bioinformatics process
- Prepare bioinformatics protocols and documents
- Work with large data sets from current and new platforms to solve complex problems of analytical, computational, or integration-related topics.

**What you should have**
- Masters in Bioinformatics with 2 - 3 years of experience in genomic data analysis
- In depth experience in large scale data sets using a high-performance computing environment.
- Experience in Cancer genomics and bioinformatics related resources (TCGA, COSMIC, CLINVAR, Torrent Suite, Ion Reporter, Sam Tools)
- Proficiency with Linux, Unix, PERL / Python / R / Shell

Schedule:
