**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 solutions based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs.
- Perform system customization, integrations, and upgrades within the AX 2012 framework.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AX 2012 functionalities.
- Ensure optimal system performance and scalability for AX 2012 implementations.
- Prepare documentation for business processes, technical configurations, and user training.
- Provide post-implementation support and system maintenance.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- 5+ years of overall experience in Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with **Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012**.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of AX 2012 modules, workflows, and functionalities.
- Expertise in customization, configuration, and integration of AX 2012.
- Proficiency in X++, MorphX, SSRS, and AIF integration.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, data migration, and reporting tools.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
