We are hiring for the post of Legal Associate. Having a good background in Law. As a Legal Associate you will be responsible for reviewing legal documents and also advertising clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Need to adhere to industry regulations and company policies to ensure that all interactions with clients are conducted ethically and in accordance with established guidelines.
- Resolve concerns by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.
- This includes updating account information, review periodic financial reports, prepare Board packets and annual reports, processing transactions, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents also advising clients
- Perform administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors. Conducting board meetings and act as a liaison between the Board of Directors &
residents

**Requirements**:

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to function well as part of a team.
- Time management skills
- Positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word & Excel

**Qualification**:
Min requirement: Graduation in Law (LLB), BBA LLB, B.Com LLB.
Experience : Fresher / 6 Months

note: people from Chandigarh / Mohali will be more preferable
: Able to work in Night Shift
