Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for digital marketing, websites, and product presentations
- Create posters, brochures, banners, ads, and brand identity materials
- Develop visual assets for UI/UX, social media, and campaigns
- Ensure visual consistency and adhere to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and development
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW), Canva, Figma
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet fast-paced deadlines
- Understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field

Preferred (but not mandatory)
- UI/UX design experience
- Motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Prior experience working in startups, IT, or marketing domains
