**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Learning**:

- Use innovative teaching strategies and technology to enhance classroom learning.
- Cater to the individual learning needs of students and foster an inclusive environment.
- **Curriculum Implementation**:

- Follow the prescribed curriculum and maintain a structured teaching plan.
- Integrate STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) activities into teaching.
- Ensure alignment with academic goals and learning outcomes.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and positive student interactions.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Design and conduct formative and summative assessments.
- Evaluate and track student progress through regular feedback and reports.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Engage with parents during PTMs and other events to discuss student progress and concerns.
- **School Activities**:

- Participate actively in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Support school initiatives, events, and functions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a relevant field.
- Prior experience in teaching primary grades is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use modern teaching aids and technology in the classroom.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student growth.
