**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and present architectural designs and concepts based on client requirements and project goals.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for various stages of design and construction.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility, compliance, and alignment with client expectations.
- Conduct site visits and evaluations to inform design decisions and address any on-site challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate the latest innovations into your designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architect Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Lumion and Corona).
- Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
