**Video Editor/Montion Designer's responsibilities include**:

- Read scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements.
- Prepare presentations with storyboards that depict the script and narrative.
- Drawing in 2D & 3D to create sketches, artwork, or illustrations for the initial stages of production.
- Developing the timing and pace of the movements of a character or object during the sequence of images.
- Building up accurate, detailed, frame-by-frame visuals.
- Join images with background graphics and special effects.
- Ensure synchronization of frames and audio.
- Participate in the editing process.
- Design, create and manage illustrations and animations for all our platforms (Mobile Apps, Websites, Social Media, and others).

**Job brief**

We are looking for a talented Video Editor/Motion Designer to administer our social media accounts and brand building.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following:

- A good explainer animation portfolio that stands out.
- The ability to efficiently generate high-quality output.
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier Pro.
- Fluent in Character Animation.
- Proficient in motion graphic animation techniques.
- Artistic talent and technical skills.
- Willingness to be a part of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D, stop motion, video editing, and computer-generated animation.
- Must have knowledge of 3ds Max, Maya, and Cinema 4D.
- Being a good cinematographer is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
