**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting patients with PAP and product knowledge
- Confirming orders with customers via phone calls and chat channels, and placing orders online after verifying all the details
- Escalating unresolved issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management

**Qualifications**
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
