**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company services and offers clearly and confidently.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with interested leads to close deals.
- Meet daily and monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
- Ability to persuade and handle rejections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
