**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create engaging motion graphics and animations that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members, including directors, editors, and graphic designers, to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
- Animate characters, text, and graphic elements to enhance visual storytelling.
- Edit and refine animations based on feedback and project requirements, ensuring a polished final product.
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance skills and output.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Artist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant animation software.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, design, and typography.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills for effectively presenting ideas and receiving feedback.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with 3D animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
