**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Oracle-related processes.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong experience in Oracle HCM Data Loader and Oracle File-Based Data Import.
- Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle BI Publisher.
- Have a solid background in Analytics and IT Consulting.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members effectively.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
