**Designation - Junior Architect**

**Experience - 4 - 5 years**

**Location - Mumbai**

**CTC - upto 6 LPA**

**Qualification - B. Arch**
- Prepare preliminary and conceptual drawings and handle /monitor projects from start to completion, ensuring high standard, innovative and aesthetic designs delivery, without compromising on the quality.
- Ensure that all architectural plans and designs comply with the DCPR-2034 and other relevant regulations, acts and as per ISO standards, building codes, guidelines etc.
- Prepare all working drawings and detailed drawings making it approved for construction.
- Attend meetings with Government officials or any other competent authority and Represent the firm from architectural aspects of the project.
- Act as a bridge between the architectural team and clients to understand their specific requirements and convey project updates regularly.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for obtaining permits, approvals, and clearances as per prevailing norms and regulations.
- Compile project specifications
- Prepare Project schedule & Timelines and maintain the project within budgeted cost.
- Inspect execution activities and ensure all works are carried out as per the approved plans and in coordination with Architectural, Structural & MEP planning without any variation or deviation.
- Conduct time to time site visits and as and when required.
- Address any on-site issues or any other issues related to regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in Construction/ building material, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Follow architectural trends and advancements.
- Experience working on residential architecture projects, Site Supervision, execution, and co-ordination with all consultants
- Preparing & working on feasibility reports of Projects and detailed working drawings.
- Evaluate and assess the feasibility of architectural plans based on regulatory requirements and advise on necessary adjustments.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Architect: 4 years (preferred)
- Residential projects: 4 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
