We are a stylish and trend-focused boutique offering curated fashion for modern tastes. With a growing customer base and a strong brand identity, we’re now looking for a passionate and creative **Social Media Executive** to take our digital presence to the next level.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, behind-the-scenes, styling tips, and customer moments in-store.
- **Editing**: Edit engaging reels, stories, and posts using tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar.
- **Social Media Management**: Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with followers to grow our online community.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with current fashion and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- **Campaigns & Collaborations**: Assist in influencer outreach, promotions, and social media campaigns to drive footfall and online sales.
- **Analytics**: Track performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing social media accounts, especially for fashion or retail brands.
- Strong photography and video skills (smartphone-based or camera).
- Creative mindset with attention to aesthetic and brand tone.
- Familiar with social media tools and apps for editing and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Passion for fashion and understanding of boutique-style branding.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 1+ years of social media or content creation experience.
- Basic graphic design skills (bonus).
- Familiarity with paid ads or boosting posts (bonus).
