**About Us**:
AVAASA is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate company dedicated to helping clients find their ideal property. We’re seeking a motivated **Tele calling Executive** to join our team in Hyderabad and play a key role in driving our customer engagement and sales initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential property buyers to introduce AVAASA projects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about available properties.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for interested clients.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve queries efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in Tele calling or Customer Support roles.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in **English and Telugu** is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of real estate trends and buyer preferences is a plus.
- Passion for working in a client-facing role and achieving targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 1 year (required)
