- **Mandatory (Experience 1) - 1+ YOE in working on creatives for Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc)**:

- **Mandatory (Experience 2) - Should have worked closely with Marketing team on Campaign Visuals / Designs**:

- **Mandatory (Portfolio) - Strong Portfolio of Graphic Design, Illustration, Branding and Animation works for Social Media channels**:

- **Preferred (Education) - BDes, MDes, BFA, MFA or Similar Design Degrees (No Diploma / Certifications)**:

- **Mandatory (Company) - Good / Well Known / Well Funded Product Company**

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop creative and visually appealing content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Internal Communities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Design graphics, illustrations, videos, animations, and other multimedia content to enhance our social media presence.
- Work closely with copywriters and other team members to create cohesive and impactful content.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, feedback, and trends, and make recommendations for improvement based on insights.
- Optimize content for each platform, considering factors such as aspect ratios, file sizes, and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and platform updates to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
