**Responsibilities**:
1. PLC Programming:
- Develop and implement PLC programs based on project requirements.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and other industry-standard platforms.
- Modify and optimize existing PLC code for improved system performance.
2. System Integration:
- Integrate PLC systems with other control components, including HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, and other automation devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication between different control system elements.
3. System Design and Development:
- Participate in the design and development of control systems for new projects.
- Specify and select appropriate PLC hardware and software components.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with project specifications.
4. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular maintenance and preventive measures to ensure the reliability of control systems.
- Provide technical support to production teams and maintenance personnel.
5. Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of PLC programs, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Generate reports and documentation for project milestones and updates.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with engineering teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide technical guidance as needed.
7. Stay Updated:
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in PLC programming and automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and system integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram.
- Strong knowledge of PLC hardware, including but not limited to Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms.
- Experience with HMI and SCADA systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
