**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the designated area.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting performance goals and providing support.
- Identify new markets, collaborate with marketing for effective campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients.
- Analyze competition, trends, and customer feedback for strategic insights.
- Prepare sales reports, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven FMCG sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of FMCG industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned area

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
