**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive art curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
- Create engaging and age-appropriate art projects that promote creativity and skill development.
- Integrate art history, techniques, and various mediums into the curriculum.
- **Instruction and Demonstration**:

- Conduct art classes for students, demonstrating various artistic techniques and methods.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students to enhance their artistic skills.
- Encourage experimentation and self-expression through art projects.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a well-organized and inspiring art studio or classroom.
- Manage art supplies, equipment, and resources efficiently.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages artistic exploration.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Assess students' artwork and progress regularly.
- Provide feedback to students, parents, and guardians on their artistic development.
- Develop and implement assessment tools to measure students' understanding and skills.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate art into interdisciplinary projects.
- Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the overall educational experience.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on current trends and innovations in art education.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
- **Exhibition and Display**:

- Organize and curate art exhibitions to showcase students' work.
- Create and maintain a gallery space within the school to display art.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Foster relationships with parents, community members, and local artists to enrich the art program.
- Initiate and coordinate community art projects or collaborations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or license in art education.
- Previous experience in teaching art at various grade levels.
- Proficiency in various artistic techniques and mediums.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for art education and fostering creativity in students.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
