Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Vikaspuri, Delhi

**Salary**: ₹10,000 '“ ₹12,000 (Freshers) | ₹13,000 '“ ₹15,000 (Experienced)

Key Responsibilities

'¢ Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our services.

'¢ Handle inbound inquiries, address customer queries, and provide accurate information.

'¢ Maintain a database of leads and follow up with prospective clients to ensure conversions.

'¢ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.

'¢ Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

'¢ Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns and market trends.

'¢ Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

**Required Skills**:
'¢ Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

'¢ Strong sales and persuasion skills.

'¢ Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

'¢ Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

'¢ Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.

'¢ A positive and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn.

Qualifications & Experience

'¢ Education: Minimum Graduation in any discipline.

'¢ Industry Experience: Experience in BPO, customer service, or sales is a plus.
