**Qualification**:Degree in graphic design or certificate in adobe creative suit

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing designs for our website, social media and paid media platforms.
- Develop innovative design concepts and ideas that align with our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing collateral, such as ad creatives, edit videos and presentations as required.
- Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
- Present finalized ideas and concepts to management and team leaders.
- Working as part of a team with copywriters, photographers, illustrators, other designers, web developers to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and software to ensure the best possible design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Requirements;
- Certification in Graphic Design or related field (Preferred, not mandatory)
- At least 12 months of experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in web and digital design.
- Understanding of web design principles, including UX/UI design, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Strong understanding of branding and design best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic Design: 2 years (required)
- Web and digital design.: 2 years (required)
- UX/UI design: 2 years (required)
