**Job Title: Automation Testing Engineer (Java + Selenium)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.**:

- **Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and cases in alignment with project requirements.**:

- **Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.**:

- **Optimize and enhance the existing automation framework to improve efficiency and coverage.**:

- **Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.**:

- **Continuously stay updated on the latest automation tools and trends to integrate new techniques into the testing process.**

**Required Skills**:

- **Strong experience in automation testing using Java and Selenium.**:

- **Proficient in creating and executing test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.**:

- **Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.**:

- **Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.**:

- **Knowledge of version control tools like Git.**:

- **Exposure to continuous integration tools like Jenkins.**
