Lead the Quality Team with responsibility of the FATP (Final Assembly Testing and Packing) or Box Build line.
- Establishing and carrying out quality standards and quality control systems.
- Monitoring and assessing quality performance, as well as inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure that quality criteria are being met at various stages.
- Suggest the root cause analysis and developing the corrective actions and preventive action and improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product quality and achieve consumer demands.
- Collect product-related data to produce detailed reports for submission to senior management.
- Resolve the quality related issues of capability, tolerancing and material related issues. And given the idea to create the solutions for identified problems.
- Quality and safety related training must be provided and documented for future reference.
- Prepare and submit the Quality reports based on Customer Specific requirements.
- Schedule the customer PDI and hand over the report to the customer.
