**About us**:
We are a leading Pan-India Study Abroad, Test Prep & Immigration Consultancy with over 28+ branches all over India. We're looking for a **Study Abroad Counsellor** for our Study Abroad division at our **Kottayam Branch** to provide counseling and admission assistance to our students in countries such as the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Germany, Malta, and many more.
- Pay will be commensurate with experience and ability. Best entry-level package in the industry._
- Conducting detailed profile assessments of students interested in studying abroad and accordingly guiding them to shortlist the universities where their chances of getting admission are high.
- Provide accurate updated information regarding the study abroad programs offered.
- Engage the clients through consistent and effective outreach and follow-up
- Making outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest.
- Ensure admission and visa procedures are done within deadlines.
- Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by Colleges/Universities.
- Guiding the student with every detail from registration to travel to the destination country.
- Maintain a proper database of the students counseled and with their status updated.
- Timely reporting to your immediate manager.

**Additional Requirements and Skills**:

- Ability to manage Process stages within deadlines without any delays.
- Attention to detail and a self-starter mentality are required. The ability to do research on the processes and keep up to date on the program details will be a distinct advantage.
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision post-training.
- Proven experience of a minimum of 1 year in a similar industry or a target-based industry will be advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience in any or all of the educational markets of the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand will be an add-on.
- Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist clients with any queries.
- Should be result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve deadlines and targets.

**Workday**:

- Mon-Sat

**Timings -** 9 AM - 5:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
