We are looking for a Tele-Calling Executive. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential clients, contributing to the growth and success of our company.

As a tele-caller, your primary responsibility will be to successfully onboard partners and customers through phone calls on our app. You will be a key player in the business and will be promoting company services and the first point of interaction with the customer. The company will rely on your ability to persuade others and retain the client.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Calling potential partners and customers to inform them about our services, build rapport with the aim to download our app.
- Asking informed questions to all the partners and customers to understand their requirement and progressively highlight company’s benefits.
- Will be required to persuade customers to book a company’s portal demonstration (to be done by the Marketing Team.
- Understand client needs and requirements, pain points, and challenges of prospective clients, tailoring your communication to effectively address their unique situations
- Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate closely with the senior management on a daily basis as part of overall business development, providing valuable insights and feedback to optimize sales.
- Continuously refine and improve calling strategies based on feedback.
- Maintain and update database of daily activities and provide accurate and timely information to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
