At Bling Weddings, we specialize in creating unforgettable, personalized weddings through stunning decor, seamless planning, and thoughtful execution. We’re growing our team and looking for a passionate individual who loves creativity, events, and problem-solving.

**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a dynamic **Wedding Planner & Decor Team Member** to support us in executing wedding projects. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, organized, and tech-savvy with basic English skills and interest in working in the wedding/events industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning & coordinating wedding decor setups and event logistics
- Support vendor communication and manage event checklists
- Help design moodboards, event layouts, or basic presentations (training can be provided)
- Update and manage data using simple tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, etc.)
- Help with content updates on website/portfolio (basic coding knowledge a plus)
- Be available on-site during event days for coordination and execution

**Requirements**:
Minimum **12th pass** (graduated high school)
Basic **English speaking and writing skills**
Interest or experience in weddings, events, or decor
Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
Comfortable working flexible hours (especially during wedding season)
Ability to work independently on a **freelance basis**
