**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with flexible hours as required.
- Must be available for emergencies and to resolve issues outside regular working hours.

- **Supervision & Management**:

- Oversee the general administration and maintenance of the hostel.
- Supervise hostel staff, including housekeeping, security, and kitchen personnel.
- Manage resident check-ins and check-outs.
- **Disciplinary Oversight**:

- Enforce hostel rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner.
- Monitor resident behavior and address any issues of misconduct or violations.
- Address grievances or complaints from residents and resolve them promptly.
- **Safety & Security**:

- Ensure the security of the hostel, including monitoring access points and visitors.
- Conduct regular safety drills and maintain emergency protocols.
- Oversee the maintenance of fire safety equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- **Facility Management**:

- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of hostel facilities and infrastructure.
- Report any necessary repairs or improvements to the hostel management.
- Ensure the proper functioning of utilities like water, electricity, and internet services.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records related to residents, including attendance, room allocation, and fees.
- Handle hostel-related paperwork, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and resident documentation.
- Prepare regular reports for hostel management regarding operational activities.
