**Salary**: Base Salary + 10% Commission on Sales

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated salesperson to join our team and drive our B2B sales efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential retail toy shops for product sales.
- Present and promote our range of toys to retail buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic sales planning and execution.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle sales negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the toy or retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
