**Responsibilities**:

- Teach and mentor graduate students in the field of Allied Health Sciences.
- Develop and maintain a rigorous course of study that prepares students for careers in Allied Health Sciences.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement new programs and initiatives that advance the field of medical record science.
- Participate in academic and research activities to advance the field of science.
- Stay current with developments in the field and provide thought leadership to the college community.

**Qualifications**:

- A PhD in Biotechnology/ Microbiology or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience teaching at the college/ University level.
- Strong research background in the field of allied health sciences.
- Ability to work effectively with students, faculty members, and staff.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
