Location**:Mohali, Phase 8B** | Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 + incentives
**Position Type**: Full-time

We are hiring a **female Tele Caller (Graduate preferred)** to handle inbound & outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and support lead generation. Must have good communication skills in **Hindi**. Prior telecalling/customer service experience is a plus.

**Summary**

Pickkup.io, a fast-growing logistics company specializing in last-mile and mid-mile deliveries, is looking for a motivated **Tele Caller** to join our team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and supporting lead generation. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with strong communication skills to build a career in the logistics and customer engagement domain.

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Receive inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
- Provide accurate information about Pickkup.io’s logistics services.
- Maintain call logs and update customer records in CRM.
- Assist in lead generation and follow-ups with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
- Prior telecalling / customer service experience preferred (not mandatory).
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
