A Lead Generation Specialist in Digital Marketing focuses on developing strategies to attract, engage, and convert leads. The role involves executing and optimizing digital campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with sales and content teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Content & Campaign Management**: Collaborate with teams to produce engaging content and manage digital marketing initiatives.
- **Lead Nurturing**: Set up automated workflows to engage and move leads through the sales funnel.
- **Analyze & Report**: Track and report on metrics, using data to improve performance and ROI.
- **CRM Management**: Use CRM systems to track, qualify, and segment leads effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work with sales to ensure smooth handoffs and align on lead quality.
**Skills**: Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools, strong communication, data-driven decision-making, and project management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,560.86 - ₹45,000.00 per month
