Graphics Designer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with other designers, marketing and creative team members to execute design projects from concept to final product
- Create and design high-quality, engaging graphics, illustrations, animations, and other multimedia content that convey complex ideas in a clear, visually appealing manner
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for design projects, and provide feedback and suggestions to team members
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work
- Ensure that all design work is completed within deadlines and to the highest quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of all design projects, including timelines, budgets, and project details
- Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary to source design elements and resources
- Work with the team to ensure that all visual materials are on-brand and aligned with the company's overall visual identity

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- 1+ years of professional experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio of design work showcasing skills in branding, typography, layout, color theory, and other design principles
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
- Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes quickly
