**Job Description: Procurement/ Purchase Executive**:
**Roles and Responsibility;**

Ø Analysing/sourcing vendors to get the least possible rates

Ø Collecting minimum 5 quotes for the products/materials to be purchased

Ø Negotiating ith vendors to get the possible rates and to maintain a cordial relationship

Ø Willing to travel in and around TamilNadu based on requirements

Ø Once the order is confirmed,PO to be collected and should co-ordinate with finance team to make the necessary transactions

Ø Should follow till the item is getting delivered at our premises.

Ø Minimum 3 quotes to be collected to purchase every component.

**Basic Requirements**:
Ø Diploma/mech/EEE-3years

Ø BE. mech/EEE/ECE - 2 years

Ø Min 2 years of experience in the purchase dept in any production/ manufacturing industry.

Ø Complete knowledge of mechanical machinery/ Electrical & electronics components.

Ø Complete knowledge of the ecosystem in near areas to source/procure the materials.

Ø Excellent negotiation skills.

**Added advantages**:

- Hindi Proficiency.
- Two-wheelers.
- Sufficient contacts to purchase gym-related materials.

**Prefered Location: Trichy**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹13,000.00 per month
