**Job Summary**:
Responsible for providing stenographic and administrative support, including typing, data entry, record maintenance, and office documentation. Ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take dictation and transcribe notes accurately.
- Draft, type, and format official letters, reports, and other documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases or spreadsheets.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist in general office coordination.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
