**Job Title**: Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

**Job Summary**:The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs across various mediums. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and executing graphic solutions that align with the organization's brand identity and marketing objectives. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Director, marketing team, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality designs that engage and resonate with the target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and create original designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital assets, such as brochures, logos, banners, social media posts, website graphics, infographics, and presentations.
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and artwork by utilizing graphic design software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other industry-standard software.
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, cohesive, and in line with brand guidelines.
- Create and refine images, icons, and other visual elements to enhance overall design quality.
- Advise stakeholders on design best practices and provide creative solutions to effectively communicate brand messages.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and graphic design techniques to constantly improve skills and offer innovative ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
- Work iteratively, make changes in real-time and to stay organised.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets and files for easy access and future use.
- Adhere to copyright laws and ensure that all designs and visuals comply with legal regulations and ethical standards.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for various purposes including marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, tutorials, and social media posts.
- Utilize video editing software to enhance visual appeal, storytelling, and overall quality of videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video projects that align with the brand's objectives.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and style across all video content.

**Qualifications required**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visually appealing designs.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition. Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Time management and organization skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of digital marketing trends, UX/UI design principles, and social media platforms is desirable. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Good time management and ability to multitask under pressure.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
