**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute **social media marketing campaigns** across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest to engage parents and caregivers.
- Manage **influencer collaborations** and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and trust.
- Launch and monitor **paid ad campaigns** on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to improve marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to produce creative visuals and marketing content.
- Plan and execute **WhatsApp and SMS marketing** campaigns to improve customer engagement.
- Work closely with our marketing agencies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in digital marketing (freshers with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of **social media platforms**, audience engagement, and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
