**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Designing Clothes**:

- Work closely with the Head Designer to develop and refine clothing designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new collections.
- Use design software to create detailed sketches and technical drawings.
- **Source Necessary Accessories**:

- Identify and source high-quality fabrics, trims, and other accessories needed for production.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all materials meet the brand’s quality standards.
- **Communicate with Master at Production Level**:

- Serve as a liaison between the design team and production team.
- Communicate design specifications and requirements to the production master.
- Ensure the master understands the design vision and executes it accurately.
- **Assist in Bringing Designs to Reality**:

- Support the production master in translating designs into finished products.
- Oversee the sampling process and provide feedback to ensure designs are accurately replicated.
- Address any production issues that arise and provide solutions.
- **Understand Fabrics and Design Software**:

- Have a deep understanding of various fabrics and their properties.
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD programs.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough quality checks at various stages of production.
- Ensure finished products meet the brand’s high-quality standards.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- **Productivity Monitoring**:

- Track productivity at the production level and ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify and address any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production process.
- Provide regular updates on production progress to the Head Designer.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain clear and effective communication between the design team and the production team.
- Facilitate collaboration and ensure all team members are aligned with project goals.
- Keep the Head Designer informed of any issues or developments in production.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in fashion design or merchandising.
- Proficient in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
- Strong understanding of fabrics, materials, and garment construction.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment..

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
