Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging computer science lessons and activities that align with STEM education principles and curriculum standards.
- Teach students fundamental computer science concepts, including algorithms, programming languages, software development, and computational thinking.
- Utilize hands-on learning approaches, project-based activities, and interactive technologies to enhance student understanding and retention.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel motivated to participate and explore computer science concepts.
- Assess student learning through various methods, such as quizzes, projects, presentations, and coding assignments, and provide timely feedback to support student growth.
- Collaborate with other teachers, STEM educators, and educational specialists to integrate computer science into interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Stay updated on advancements in computer science education, emerging technologies, and best practices in STEM teaching methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience teaching computer science concepts to students, preferably in a STEM education environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in computer science education, such as Python, Java, or Scratch.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Passion for STEM education and a commitment to inspiring the next generation of innovators and problem solvers.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools, learning management systems, and interactive resources for teaching computer science.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, administrators, and stakeholders to support student success in STEM education.
