Hi We are Looking for below Position:
CNC Plasma Cutting Machine Operator Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and Maintain CNC Plasma Cutting Machine: Ensure daily operation and

maintenance of the machine.

2. Interpret Drawings/Nesting Plans: Study and identify material cutting requirements.

3. Verify Raw Material Availability: Check availability of materials as per cutting/nesting

plans.

4. Optimize Cutting Process: Minimize material wastage and cutting time.

5. Material Handling: Remove off-cut plates and scrap, and shift them to designated

areas.

6. Machine Maintenance: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.

7. Spare Parts Management: Monitor and maintain required spares and consumables.

8. Reporting: Generate daily reports on work done.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to operate and maintain CNC Plasma Cutting machines
- Understanding of drawing/nesting plans and material requirements
- Organizational and time management skills

Qualification: ITI

Experience: 2-3 yrs required
