**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Distributor Appointment**: Communicate effectively with potential distributors, provide them with information, and schedule appointments to discuss further business opportunities.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and create posts for social media platforms, particularly Facebook, and run Facebook Ads to boost brand awareness.
- **Indoor Marketing**: Develop and implement indoor marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- **Effective Communication**: Ensure clear and persuasive communication with potential and existing distributors via calls and messages.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies to suggest improvements for marketing efforts.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and growth in sales.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and its advertising tools.
- Proficient in using computers and marketing-related software.
- Previous experience in handling distributors and indoor marketing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
