**Position Overview**:
The **Assistant Professor of B.Tech (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning)** will be responsible for teaching undergraduate engineering courses in AI, Machine Learning, and related areas such as Data Science, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision. The role includes delivering high-quality instruction, guiding student research and projects, and contributing to academic scholarship through publications, patents, and industry collaborations.

**Eligibility Criteria (mandatory)**:

- Master’s Degree (M.Tech/M.E.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or equivalent from a recognized university.
- **UGC NET/GATE qualified** or Ph.D. in a relevant domain (preferred as per UGC/AICTE norms).
- Strong academic foundation in AI, ML, Data Science, and programming.

**Desirable Qualifications**:
Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and platforms:

- Python, R, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
- Scikit-learn, OpenCV, AWS
- Google Colab, Jupyter, GitHub

Familiarity with Cloud AI tools (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Understanding of MLOps, AI ethics, and real-time AI deployment

Research publications or patents in AI/ML/CSE domains

Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and concept-driven theoretical and practical sessions in **B.Tech (AI & ML)** courses.
- Design and update course materials, lab manuals, and assessments aligned with **AICTE norms** and current **industry trends** in AI, ML, and Data Science.
- Guide and mentor students in **projects, coding labs, research publications**, and **capstone assignments**.
- Encourage student participation in **hackathons, coding competitions, internships**, and **technical clubs**.
- Participate actively in **academic research**, publications, seminars, workshops, and **industry collaborations**.

**Key Competencies**:

- Excellent **communication** and **classroom engagement** skills.
- Ability to **integrate digital tools**, programming platforms (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Google Colab), and real-world case studies into teaching.
- Strong **mentoring skills** to guide students in projects, research, and career development.
- Up-to-date with emerging technologies like **Generative AI**, **MLOps**, and **AI Ethics**.
- Effective in **time management**, academic planning, and departmental coordination.
