Able to Work and Troubleshoot EMC Unity Vplex Isilon and Brocade Switches
- Work on SAN Management Software like Symmetric Management Console Unisphere Fabric manager Perform LUN Addition Expansion Deletion Migration Vplex Open Replicator Recover Point SAN Copy PPME Switch Zoning Brocade and Cisco Switch Firmware
- Upgrade Performance Analysis and Capacity Planning NFS and SMB Share Presentation from Unity Isilon
- Perform Remote Replication On Unity VPLEX Coordination with Vendors for any issues and part replacement in arrays End to End Project handling Documenting Processes Tips for Trouble shooting issues operating within stated deadline and ensure that high quality of work is delivered Array Firmware and Drive Firmware Upgrade ESRS configuration and management
- New Array setup configuration ISILON NetApp Shares ownership of operational responsibility for Isilon provisioning and availability at the Customer sites
- Performs daily administration activities for the Isilon clusters Configuration Isilon Cloud Pools Smart pools and file pool polices Configuring ESRS and SRM InsightIQ configuration Configuring DR replication Failover snapshots and Quotas Provisions
- Isilon storage based on standard procedures detailed in the Operational Run Book and meets Customer agreed upon standards Performs configuration layout and performance tuning of Isilon infrastructure
- Performs necessary Isilon clusters support in accordance with EMC and Customer s change management policies
- Provides analysis of the Isilon environment and best practice knowledge transfer Recommends changes to procedures that result in operational optimization of Isilon environment
- Provide Status Reports summarizing environment and recommendations
- Assist Customer with data migrations from Non Isilon platforms Netapp Cluster mode architecture Snapmirror backup technology
- Enabling Snapshot access from backup filer for restoration AV server connectivity management CIFS shares management Vserver configuration management Volume management Aggregate management
- Performance management Oncommand Unified management Snapshot management
- Disaster Recovery IP space and Broadcast domain Ontap upgradations Disk shelves configuration
