**Job Description: Sales Executive - ATH Life (Kids Clothing Brand)**

**Position**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Swargate, Pune
**Experience**: 2-3 years in clothing sales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Drive sales and meet/exceed sales targets.Develop new business opportunities and foster relationships with both new and existing customers.Promote and upsell the latest collections of kids' clothing to customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer loyalty.Provide exceptional customer service and advice on product selection.Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to close sales.
- **Exhibitions & Events**:
Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and other promotional events.Set up and manage the brand’s booth at exhibitions.Generate leads, interact with prospective customers, and close sales at these events.Provide post-exhibition follow-up with potential clients.Stay up to date with the latest trends in kids' fashion and ATH Life's product offerings.Assist in product displays, in-store presentations, and merchandising activities to maximize sales.Provide regular sales reports to the management team.Assist in inventory management, stock tracking, and ensuring the availability of best-selling items

.**Requirements**:

- **Product Knowledge & Merchandising**:

- **Reporting & Administration**:

- Minimum of **2-3 years of experience** in sales, particularly in the clothing or retail industry.
- Proven experience in **exhibitions, trade shows, or events**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- A results-driven and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for kids’ fashion and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel and attend exhibitions and events as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience with a **kids’ clothing brand** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **current fashion trends** in kids’ apparel.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools** and basic reporting.
