Manger QA

Key responsibilities include:
1. Strategic responsibilities - [If Any]
- Establish and evolve a formal QA/Testing practice, establishing test processes, methodology, standards, and hygiene for Agile development.
- Lead development of the QA strategy, test design /plan, test automation, and drive test execution.
- Key point of contact for project teams for all QA aspects of planning and releases
- Lead scrum activities for the projects

2. Functional responsibilities - [Define in details]
- Understand, plan and track all project activities
- Lead and mentor QA team members
- Diagnose defects and track them from creation to closure.
- Lead Defect control board meetings and ensure product quality is assured
- Respond to all requests from team members in a timely professional manner.
- Regular 1-1 with team members and ensure their career aspirations are understood
- 9 - 11 years of strong QA experience
- Engineering or masters degree in a science stream
- Experience in QA methodologies and different variants of testing, including manual and automation
- Exposure to Python, Ruby and XML is an added bonus
- Exposure to any bug tracking tools, requirements analysis and tools for tracking test cases and test status
- Exposure to any test tools for testing payment domain products or web (Browser/Server) products
- Knowledge of Automation methodologies and tools
- Highly organized, detail oriented, extremely responsive and able to prioritize a large number of tasks
- Self-motivated, works well independently and with othersKey attributes for success
- Good presentation skills
- Biometric and Payment Domain knowledge

You will earn brownie points if you have
- Headed a team or Part of Team as a senior member of developing a Fintech Product and/or platform based on cutting edge future technologies
- Part of any Technology Framework development like UPI, etc will be added advantage
- Knowledge of Global fintech technologies and regulatory issues/compliance
