**LLM Research Scientist**

**Experience : 4 years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct foundational research on innovative **LLM architectures**.
- Develop and prototype novel attention mechanisms such as **GQA and SWA**.
- Provide theoretical insights and validate experimental designs for **RAG/KAG**workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Collaborate with ML Engineers to integrate and validate experimental designs.
- Publish findings to support IP generation and technical differentiation.

**Basic Skills**:

- Advanced degree **(Master’s or PhD**) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Proven research experience in NLP and deep learning.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Familiarity with academic research and publication processes.

**Project-Specific Skills**:

- Expertise in modular and dynamic architectures like MoE.
- Experience in designing scalable LLMs for specific use cases.
- Familiarity with datasets like **CodeSearchNet or BigCode** for code generation research.
- Proven ability to design experiments and analyze results using tools like WandB or MLflow.
- Deep understanding of knowledge retrieval mechanisms and their integration with LLMs.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
