**Diabetes Educators (Opening is PAN India)**

**Eligibility: Completion of diploma course in nutrition & dietetics or a science graduate with the completion of diploma course with 6 months of experience**

Scope Of Work:Roles & Responsibilities of the Diabetes Educators:
1. **Diabetes Counselling**:

- Detailing the adverse effects of all types of Diabetes and the various lifestyle changes that will be necessary

2. **Diabetes Education**:

- Explaining the necessary steps and precautions to be taken to guard major organs such as heart, eyes, kidneys and feet from being affected by high sugar levels in diabetic patients.

3. **Diet Planning**:

- Strategize a monthly diet plan as per the patient’s local/cultural demographic factors and medical history

4. **Insulin Pen Administration (Demo)**:

- Educate patients through demonstrations, on how to inject insulin into their bodies and also how to store and knowledge regarding precautions to be taken during low blood sugar levels.

**5. Maintaining patient data
- **Record demographic and clinical patient data in the CRM software to be utilized for population health reports.

**1. Liaising

**Location Of Work**:
The nutritionist will visit one doctor each day in their OPD.

**Duration of Work**:
8 to 9-hour workday [the timings will vary depending on the assigned doctor’s OPD]

**TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN TO THE EMPLOYEE.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹16,900.00 per month
